Inkscape is a free vectoring program that can help you vector. If you're frugal it's the way to go. I find it simplier to use than Flash in terms of vectoring.

And yes I do find Rosemary Divinity to be sexy.

Go to inkscape.org to get Inkscape. Go to GIMP.org to get GIMP.

After I click 'ok' on the trace bitmap box, nothing appears to happen to my picture. Is there another window somewhere or another file it goes to?

You gotta remove the background that is being traced.

Well you probably selected something wrong it should only trace the line art (which is just black anyway).
