Well guys this is kind of my personal response (borrowed from ESF) to Something Awful's Weekend Web [link] , poking fun at SF-O and myself (pages 7-8 they make fun of me at the bottom of page 8 and I will be honest I do not lie about that).

Their liittle making fun of that forum led to the eventual trolls and lockdown of the forum. Do you think the admins appreciate that? Definately not. Imagine dealing with people who are fans of such a big site. There is no way to deal with them and not take some damage, thus the huge health bar.

Really, if you want to bash on a little site on the Internet at least have the decency not to share their name. There are some good admins like DZcomposer who do not need to deal with the trolls.

Funny things can be funny, but there is such a thing as going too far.

SA doesn't give a crap about anyone.

I sent them an e-mail asking them to remove the link. Naturally, it was ignored.

Luckilly, I got there before a whole flood of trolls arrived and I was able to shut the place down to non-members.

It's all back to normal now. As seeon as the next weekend web came out, they all lost interest.

*nods* i agree. i don't mind the photoshop phriday stuff they do, but that's crossing the line when they made fun of your post. they need to realize that ppl enjoy forums like this and making fun of them is only going to make hard times for those that use them.
